In season 3, CNN ran some story that Michael Imperioli (Christopher) was thinking about leaving the show, just before the Pine Barrens episode when him and Paulie are chasing the Russian guy through the snow, hinting that Christopher would get killed off in an upcoming episode. Lot's of people think that's what made that episode so exciting. Everyone was thinking that at some point Chris was going to get it. Especially made it good when it was dark...you were watching every movement of the bushes outside of that van...eerie. It should also be known that the Sopranos has planted death rumors before.
